OMG, yes! They're everywhere, especially once you start to see a few. There's a whole other world that you're about to experience.
Here are two sites that you should check out. You'll never look at Disney the same again!

I know of two one is in the Haunted Mansion where there is a dining table on the table there are 3 plates that make a Mickey. The other one is in the Pirates of the Caribbean it's almost at the end of the ride there are 3 barrels hanging they make up a upside down Mickey. I haven't seen the Indiana Jones one but next time I'm going to look for it.
Have Fun

They do exist and they're everywhere. Many of them used to be incidental, in other words, they just happened and people started to notice the similarity to Mickey. (The shadows in the sword fight in Pirates of the Caribbean.) However, since they've become so popular there are several blatant attempts at "hidden Mickeys." For instance, the dishes on the table in the Haunted Mansion. They've even gone so far as to publish a book, now available at the park, that lists and helps identify hidden Mickeys.

There are 50 hidden Mickeys in Disneyland. The only one I know of is when you go in to the Matterhorn, in between the caves is a mickey head. For more answers go to Hiddenmickeysofdisneyland.com. Have fun and I hope you find all of them. I'm going on Wednesday.
