Gods plan?
True or false:
If God is absolute, & everything is part of 'Gods plan', then it should be impossible to answer this question wrong...because anything that gets submitted is part of 'Gods plan'.
But let me give another answer. Gods plan is an eternal exercise of infinate love. Whether you enbrace it or not, the plan itself never changes.

i agree with the second answerer.
christian- whatever the mighty lord has planned for us will be.
muslim- whatever allah desires.
the faiths want to say GOD is in charge. it makes us feel secure as if an ALL powerful force is watching over us and even after tough times, it will be a happy ending.
this is a phrase present through all religions.
now when you say when your loved one dies an early death, or some mishap happens and you've been good all your life. why does it happen? in eastern faiths such as hinduism, buddhism it can be explained to karma-----the culmination of good and bad deeds. but you were good right? maybe in your past life you did something bad.
now who the *** has seen whether one has a past life or has anyone seen god. it depends on where you're born, which faith you're born into and more than likely you will believe what your parents believed till you die.
so, no religion or no philosophical book can give you a specific answer. you just have to rough it out emotionally like the rest of us.

I'm afraid you've asked the 64000.00 question!!! What is God's plan???? I wouldn't be to worried about being disrespectful, from what I've seen in my long life, God's up to the challenge.
I believe in a power greater than myself but I don't see it in any organized religion which seems to offer us a fancy used vehicle that will deliver us into God's plan or promised land. You are certainly capable of asking questions and I think that is the first step to understanding the plan. I'm 58 and still wondering what is the "PLAN". Keep asking, keep looking but don't forget to Live your life to the fullest in your pursuit of that plan

Those are comforting words. When there are situations where nothing you can say makes sense, those are just human words to convey "I sympathize, I understand, but I cannot explain it either"
Gods plans is just as unknown to the people who tell you these words as it is unknown to you. Remember their faces, their caring looks, their sympathetic presence in your life as you go through some crisis of health, of relationships, of life.
These are people who deeply care for you. Maybe there is really a god who sent them there to comfort you on the physical plane..

ask a priest. ordinary people like us find hard time to enlighten other people. no one knows about his plan for us. the best thing to do is to follow his will in doing good things to others.

When your neighbour is suffering, it is easier to tell that it god's plan than to help him. Thats why there is such a story.
