Is it ok to delete files C:\users\mike\appData\local\temp?

there are some folders that are empty and some txt files.

Want to be safe, use what is known as the "Crap Cleaner". I use this software and it is excellent & free. Never has the software made a mistake and deleted the wrong temp. files or cleaned up the registry and made a mistake. (Plus you can save all registry keys that are cleaned).

Temp folder? I wouldn't delete the entire folder, but It's certainly safe to delete the contents in this case.
