Does PG is nedded?

i did my b.e with (e.c.e) will it be difficult for me to do M.E in (c.s.e or I.T).
also is there any advantage in doing PG....

Try to take up a management course such as MBA. This, coupled with your engineering degree, would help you in the job market or in becoming an entrepreneur yourself.
