Arthur. Franklin. Little Bear. Little Critter. Rupert. The Busy World of Richard Scarry. Most Disney movies, which were fairy tales first (Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Snow White, etc).

Probably the "Arthur" series and the "Franklin" series. If you're talking about novels, probably many more kids saw the movie, "Ella Enchanted" than read the book, as well as "The Chronicles of Naria", at least this new generation. Many have read the "Harry Potter" serial as well as watched the movies though.

I think a lot of kids saw "The Neverending Story" but they never read it, because it has a lot of pages. It is an amazing book though and the movies can't compete with it. They should read it!
Oh, and Peter Pan of course

Anything that Disney has done. Kids know the Disney version but not the real thing.

I can guess most children don't bother to read anything except their school books.
