I feel relieved. there were many times when I didn't think I would make it, it's been very stressful this year.
I also feel amazed that it's almost 2008 already. wasn't it just yesterday we were freaking out about y2k disasters? time sure flies the older you get

Good year ? Bad year?
Your question reminds me of a Sinatra song that goes like this
---------------------------------------------
When I was seventeen
It was a very good year
It was a very good year for small town girls
And soft summer nights
Wed hide from the lights
On the village green
When I was seventeen

When I was twenty-one
It was a very good year
It was a very good year for city girls
Who lived up the stair
With all that perfumed hair
And it came undone
When I was twenty-one

When I was thirty-five
It was a very good year
It was a very good year for blue-blooded girls
Of independent means
Wed ride in limousines
Their chauffeurs would drive
When I was thirty-five

But now the days grow short
Im in the autumn of the year
And now I think of my life as vintage wine
>from fine old kegs
>from the brim to the dregs
And it poured sweet and clear
It was a very good year
=========================================
Now, was 2007 a good year for you?
Nah- for me- it was a very bad year. How come no one sings of bad years.. Lol

Relieved, but there are obviously improvements that need to be made in my life. However, I am excited for 2008 considering the election that will be happening in a year. I can't say '07 was a very stressful year for me.

I'm also rather relieved. 2007 hasn't been the best year for a lot of people, me included. I see 2008 as a fresh start where I can get back on my feet.

For Hindus the year is far from over another four months to go. Also different states follow different calendars. There are so many new years that the whole thing loses all significance.

2008, 2018, 2028, 2038, man, this troubles me, yet it excites me as well, but more the former than the latter
