Actually the NY health dept. is understaffed, overworked and dont have a great track record. The suggestions you have to call CVS corporate are right on track. I have personally NEVER been in a CVS that was dirty. CVS has an extremely high standard when it comes to cleanliness. You may also want to contact the FDA. Since they sell prescription drugs, they are required to maintain a level of cleanliness, even in the surrounding area.

Look in the phone book for your local Health Department. For example, it can be listed under government, health, with your town or city or even county name first. Good luck!

call NYS dept of Health, your local county health dept and maybe OSHA and I'd even call CVS corporate and let them know they are being reported. Hummm, wonder if other stores in their chain are like this and nobody is saying anything?
