They are not allowed to notify your parents. You are exercising your rights and cannot be prevented from doing so. Good luck.

At least one parent must be notified of the abortion, though consent is not required. There is a judicial bypass option available, which means if you have a serious reason that you don't want to inform your parents you may talk to a judge and he could waive the notification requirement. There is also a required waiting period of 24 hours and you have to receive counseling. I am not sure what exactly the counseling entails, but I think it's basically them telling you what your other options are and what the risks are from getting an abortion.
