same if i seen who dropped it i would have to give it back...now if i just found it and didn't know who's it was then i would keep it

I would let him know he dropped it. I think he is elderly..doesn't see or hear as well as he used to.

I've returned money to someone who had left it behind, told her she had left her $10...but if i find it and no one is around then it's mine (which has happened too)
