I do when I'm alone babysitting at night. Gives me the creeps

yea, I do too when i'm like the only one around. I think it;s from all these realistic movie out lately. I'm always scared someone will pop out and like kill me. I don't know how to get over this fear that i guess we both have, but if you want some advice, what i do to help me feel protected, is when u go up the stairs, put your back against the wall, and continuously talk to yourself. hope this helps =]
