Yes and I quit after the report aired about how these erectile dysfunction drugs can lead to premature blindness. How? The basic role of these ED drugs is they dilate the veins primarily in the genital area but also behind the retina. The first part will get you from limp to hard but the second area will cause damage to the optic nerve which if done enough times will lead to premature blindness.
So I guess that bring meaning to the remark: Screw her until you go blind. Huh?

It's not considered safe for females, but I've known guys who have taken it recreationally (to last a loooooooong time or so they could play with multiple partners) and for medical reasons (so they could perform at all).
Seems the overall opinion of it was positive.
