Flaws? We all have them! The best things in life are a pain sometimes.
Weathering the storms is a challenge. It is good to learn how to dance in the rain. :)
And a little cry now and then is good to release tension. Then get proactive and focus on the positive and change things for the better.

in order to be happy flaws are needed. flaws are what call you to move forward a kind of bitter sweet discontent. if you were happy all the time with what you have in your life then there would be no desire to move forward. forward to change and better your life.
for example you might be discontent or down right angry that you work extremely hard at a job that burns you out at the end of the day for little pay. one day you will get sooo through with this back breaking work sick and tired of coming home crying coz you can't pay the rent that you one day decide I'm gonna put extra work out for me, keep this crap job yet go to school and better my situation. when you succeed you will feel better about your self. you would have never gotten to the this new point if you never felt that bitter sweet discontent, right?
example, your in a long term relationship that you have been in for 6 years. he has been known to be a real drag, low self esteem loser who refusses to better him self which upsets your future. he cheats etc... though you have been with him for a long time and are scared to move on because you have invested soooo much time in this one person. the discontent is still there. it never goes away. eventually you will get sooo sick of hearing his complaints and sick of the fact that he wont better him self for the sake of the relationship and you your self are now depressed, feeling like him. your heart is breaking that you say enough is a enough i'm moving on. when you do you find the perfect man who takes care of business now your happy. you would have never moved on with out that bitter sweet discontent, right?
in life you can never have the good with out the bad. everything in this world needs to hold a balance. so, try to think about your flaws in this way.
your flaws are a wake up call from life screaming at you that your not happy now move forward and do something to change this.
that bitter discontent is a real good friend of yours believe me, it's true.

The realization looking at arms and legs and saying, hey...how did I get in here and OMG I am trapped in here! (referring to your body)
Discovering a new untouched talent you never knew you had.
There are so many things to be alive for...so much good out there to counter the bad so you just have to change from this - to this+ Take Care-Rachel.

i create things when i'm sad.
i'll draw, i'll write down how i'm feeling,
anything productive i want to do.
hell, color a coloring book, i'll do it all.
creating and doing something productive
always makes me feel much better
