Yes. They are two separate issues. If you become emancipated you will need to make sure you pursue your education.

Yes. You would have to. You would have to go through a process, and the court would have to then determine whether or not you are capable of living on your own, and going to work & going to school would show the court that you are capable of living on your own.

Yes but not all states have statutes for process and you failed to name yours. There are many other factors that would go into this process which is not easy. In fact stats show that less than one percent of all petitions are granted
