Hillary Clinton is not even a native to Arkansas... but she still holds a majority of the donations from private citizens in the state.

Huckabee has a slim majority of donations (last quarter) in the very town he was born and raised in...

Hope, Arkansas Contributions This Quarter:

Mike Huckabee - $16,250 from 10 donors

Hillary Clinton - $13,000 from 7 donors
(which include ambulance drivers, pharmacists and a registered nurse!)

Well I'm from Arkansas and I can tell you that the Clinton's are very well liked here. Although Mike Huckabee was born and raised here in Arkansas as opposed to Hillary he just doesn't have the likability the Clinton's have. I know many Arkansans who think Huckabee has no chance of winning the presidency and many don't want him to win including me.

I've lived on and off in Arkansas since the early 70s and have kept up with the local politics. Arkansans are divided on the Clintons and Huckabee. You won't find too many who like them both. They either like one and hate the other and vice versa. That said, you need to understand that Arkansas is a very Democratic State. The governor is a Democrat, the 2 Senators are Democrats and all but 1 of the Congressmen are Democrats. The State has been deeply Democratic for decades. In fact, Huckabee lost a lot of friends when he decided to switch to the Republican party because they viewed him as a traitor. He switched for several reasons, but the main one was that he just couldn't endorse abortion. The only reason he got elected as Governor in the first place is that he's very much a centrist, even though he's a Baptist Minister.

Clinton will get more donations than Huckabee in Arkansas because contrary to popular belief, this is a blue state. Furthermore, Hope is roughly 50/50 White/Black. You can bet ALL of the Blacks will support Hillary because of Bill Clinton and a large percentage of whites simply because Hope votes Democratic. Arkansans tend to be conservative, but most vote Democratic. That's just a fact.

If 7 donors including "ambulance drivers, pharmacists and a registered nurse" contributed $13,000 I would think the Feds should be looking into Hillary's campaign finances. Do any of them happen to have heavy connections to the Chi-com government?

How would contributions affect ones decision?? Anyway, I dislike Huckabee because he is a liberal running in the republican party based on religious social issues.

How are we to take anything seriously about what you post, considering you get your info from the far left smear site, the huffingtonpost?

No I haven't sent him any money either. And I certainly wouldn't consider it a good think that Hillary got the donations she did get, she is getting a lot of scrutiny and question about her fund raising.

You think that that your buddy Adrianna would have noticed that Hilliary's husband is also from Hope, Arkansas.

You think that might have something to do with it?

Seeing as how it was probably Tyson Chicken donating about 10K of that reinforces my belief that she's crooked.

A good minister would not be running for public office, mixing church and state. Political contributions mix well with greed and corruption.
