I've been waiting over a month for it, so its not like its because of Christmas, that the postage is slow. I have recieved plenty of items bought after this one. I have contacted her asking, but have recieved no reply. Where do I go next?!

This is an important question as this is fraud and should be reported to the police. People have been prosecuted for theft on ebay in the past. Email them thru ebay and tell them you are taking legal action unless the item is delivered within 24 hours. This usually works.

I'm not up-to-date with eBays guidelines seeing as I was fleeced in a similar manner to yourself a couple of years ago. Neither eBay, nor PayPal (a subsidiary of eBay) helped, but I've just found this bit of information. Take a look and see what you think. (The url of the page it's from is listed below.)

If paypal was used to pay for the item, then make a claim via paypal. If you payed by any other method, your pretty much stuffed sorry to say.
