yesterday i was playing basketball and i fell on my foot the wrong way. I was able to get up and continue to run around and play. Today when i woke up it was kind of hard to walk on but then it got better. BNow i can walk on it fine and even run. Just want to know what you think

I don't see much swelling in the toes or in the ankle area. To be on the safe side, I'd ICE the area, REST and ELEVATE the leg as much as possible, and you may consider an ace wrap if you start having problems again with walking on it. If it does become painful, take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprophen or Motrin as instructed. This will help. If this becomes a problem (more than likely won't), may want to see a Doc to rule out any issues. Quite a bruise there, my friend. You are lucky that is all that happened. Be careful! Take care!

If it does not give you any more trouble, do not worry about it. You may notice some bruising in a day or so. Of course if there is increased swelling, pain, and stiffness, you should see a doctor.

I'm guessing you just rolled it. Sprains usually come with more pain.
