Ok well I really cant focus on more than one thing at a time. It would be a useful ability but very hard to accomplish. At least for me it is. I need to take my time and focus on only one person or task at that particular moment.
Is there any way to change this?

In order to multitask you have to get so good at doing one task that you can do it almost automatically and then get so good at another task that you can do that task almost automatically. That way you can switch between doing the two different tasks without having to get a mental start right from the beginning but can just jump in from the middle and switch from one to another.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Take, say, one or two weeks at a time. For the next couple of weeks, continue to concentrate on one task at a time. The next two weeks, bring this skill to another level. Take on two tasks then three tasks. Put your heart into this desire. It's all up to the person. You can even talk to yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you can do this. Good luck! God bless! And have a happy Christmas!

Make lists and follow through with the things on your lists. Eventually practice will make perfect.

Just practice at it, you will get better as you keep trying, just be patient and persistent at it and you ll eventually get it, nothing happens over night.
