You can buy the Set which is cheaper then seperate (WoW and Burning crusade expansion) for about 40 dollars. The first month is free...after that you can select from 3 different payments. The more months you buy at a time 1, 6, or 12 months, the cheaper. Alone, one month is 14.99. Its worth it!!!

NO its not. You can get a free 14 day trial but during that period you still have to use some sort of credit card to keep on file for when the trial is over. I believe now-a-days you can get reloadable WoW cards at like walmart which you can use instead.

First you have to buy the Cd's for like 20 bucks for WoW then 40 bucks for the expansion. Then you would have to subscribe for 12 bucks per month. It is not free.

You are able to download it for free and play 30 days for free. Following your free trial, there are three subscription options: a month-to-month package at $14.99 per month, a three-month plan at $13.99 per month, and a six-month plan at $12.99 per month. The subscription fees for the three-month plan and the six-month plan must be paid in full.
