not enjoying doing things together tierdof each other when the spark dies it is hard to get back people need to make time to talk things over get talking ask each other what can we do to get back on track sex is always a problem especialy if there are children in the house if there is mental abuse arange to see a mariage counciler they can help you alot and it is very confidentional good luck.

I honestly think it's when you don't make your spouse feel appreciated or important in your life - you need to let them feel (this goes both ways of course) good about themselves. If you are constantly beating your spouse down, they will feel that way inside and then when someone else says anything positive to them - they will grab it and run.

They get tried of just sleeping, or just fighting with their spouse, they want to meet other people and to feel like a person again.

I think a lot of men want to feel needed. To be the knight in shining armor. And if they find a woman who needs saved, well, that can lead to a lot more.
As for women...we want our man to see that other guys think we are attractive and desirable. Get his attention, ya know.

boredom. that's why couples need to sparks up the romance and create excitements. give each other rooms. I found this personally important.
