If you buy a dell it's better to call them direct as they will give you more discounts over the phone.

figure out what you want FIRST, then when you find the best price u won't have to "consider" it while the price changes.
BTW, if it isn't changing DOWN and it isn't changing specs u need to find another merchant because everything just keeps dropping in price,

you pay what price it is at when you order it.
so find the cheap price, order it. and that is the price you will pay.

When you order it they charge it to your credit card, so you only pay what they charged you.
