It is very harmful to your health. Wash with a solution of bleach and water and keep doing this when it comes back. Be careful inhaling the bleach and also remember it can ruin clothing. Wear rubber gloves. In fact have mom help you.

Cover the area with the mold on it with a sheet of plastic (from a trash bag or ?) and tape it all the way around the edges to the ceiling with masking tape until you can get someone to treat the ceiling to get rid of the mold, or until they can replace that area of the ceiling.
That should contain the mold.

The ceiling mold is only harmful if you happen to be allergic to it. You would likely know this by now.
The usual cause of mold on structural materials is excessive humidity or moisture...for example, roof leaks. The cause of the moisture must be corrected first or the mold will just grow back.

Clorox cleaner with bleach. Spray it and watch it disappear. Put something over your bed to prevent spotting and use a fan to dry the area. Mold will not grow without moisture.

You can use some kind of cleaning fluid, alcohol and such, pour it on a tissue or disposable wipe, then wipe the mold.

Be careful you'll spread the spores or something, so put a sheet over your bed and wear a mask while you're doing it, then dump the sheet in the wash after you wipe it off.
