It's not anything like an excruciating pain, more like a restriction to my lungs, so when i take a deep breath or even an average-sized one I feel like there are tiny daggers stabbing the bottom right part of my lungs. I'm not even sure if IT is my lungs, just that part of my chest.
And it's not just when I breathe, either, when I cough or sneeze or bend down or something.
It's been like this for three days now, and I don't think I've done anything that could have damaged my ribs.
What should I do?

You should see a doctor, but it sounds like Pleurisy... check this link to see if you have any symptoms, it's probably not life threatening, but I wouldn't put off going to the doctor, just to make sure it isn't something worse...

God Bless!
