There is so such place that I know of, and I am a regular online shopper for years. If you have a checking account, you can easily get a debit card by simply calling your bank and requesting one.

If you could it may be more worth your while to use debit... also be careful online... a lot of scams! I hear Amazon is very good though

Usually the website will indicate if it uses the TeleChek system, other than that and having a scanner perhaps
