if a guy already is back child support with one of his babys mothers and the cops come looking for him but didnt get him yet, isnt it most likely when i have his child in march he will go to jail if i get him for child support also?

This depends on the particular legislation of your jurisdiction, in some areas this could be withdrawing a drivers license or other actions such as a garnishee. In my knowledge jail would not be a positive alternative as this would only ensure the debt is never paid. Your question is a somewhat sad reality, of children who won't know their father and in all reality probably end up on social assistance themselves.

Judges prefer to leave delinquent dads out of jail so they can earn the money it takes to PAY the child support rather than condemning yet another child to welfare.
