In thinking about reality do we enrich our experience of it? Or is it a waste that stops you from truly living life? Is the more correct way to have a balance of both? Is the value of questioning unknown to us?

Your questions will depend on the level of your awareness, so if you do not perceive any confusion, demand any explanation or get befuddled over unexplainable conundrums, then you simply, are not in any way, shape or form, ready for answers anyway.

Reality is what you make it.
Why cant you be fat and happy?
Why cant you walk in the rain and enjoy it?
Why cant you just pick up one day and just go on vacation?
We are all strapped into how we should behave from the moment we are born and most of us never live because we are to afraid too. The happiest people in the world are those who are not held down by mete rial things, possession's etc. These are the things that hold us in our molds and never let us experience the true joy of life.

I think so yes.
I find that in thinking about reality I understand my perspective of it, and what I expectout of myself concerning my life.
For me this does add a balance of sorts. Yes they constantly shift but the scales always tip one way or another.
If the value of questioning is unknown to us than why do you bother to ask?

Thinking about what we are TOLD reality is is a good to think about. It just should not be the ONLY thing you think about. Balance is good, if you can achieve it. Keep on thinkin'!
