If the world were a cube like a dice, there would be six zones called 'flat world', these would be where the dot on the 'one' side is, ie dead center. The rents would be sky high, as houses would be easy to build here. Every where else would have sloping houses in relation to the ground. Worst of all, all the water would run towards the dot areas, by gravity, so even if you trapped it, rain systems would keep taking it away. The land horizon could be as bad as 45 degrees angle to your windows. Almost the whole world could be like those terraced areas in mountain regions where farmers struggle to make a flat area to grow stuff on.
Then there is the air. The planet only has a skin of 3.5 breathable miles, the air would be in the dot regions, in a circle 300 miles across, 150 miles further from this limit, clever people could dig holes 3.5 miles deep for air to become dense enough to breath, so they could sleep at night, during the day they would need oxygen to enjoy sun bathing.
Those who chose a corner would need to live in space suits as they would be in near space atmospheric conditions, being at least 1,600 miles high in atmospheric terms only.
Interesting question.

We'd all fall off or something miserable would happen. Our Earth is curved because of gravity. If our world turned into a square, we'd all be 2-d and obviously gravity doesn't exist. Even if gravity didn't exist, I don't think we'd get a square.
-----
EDIT: It'd be hard to say where I am, but I'm somewhat near the corner. Closer to the corner than the center.

Well, the world couldn't possibly be square. The reason for this is because a square is a two-dimensional object. It has length and width, but no height. Nothing can live on an object which doesn't have a height, therefore this is not possible.
Although, if the world were a cube, I'd probably live on one of the vertices of the cube.
Thanks for asking. :)

Erm your good judgment is fallacious a sq. is a 2 dimensional merchandise a cube is a three dimensional merchandise. in case you recommend a cube attempt taking a die (from a board pastime) and a marble and place them on a floor and spot which one strikes around greater easily if there's a easy tilt interior the outdoors the marble will roll down it whilst the die won't pass in any respect. The earth is around through its creation. The Earth is understood to have shaped 4-and-a-a million/2 billion years in the past, from a extensive, rotating cloud of gas. interior the newly born Earth, gravity pulls from the middle. areas on a similar distance from the middle are pulled with a similar stress, and finally ends up with a around shape. additionally if it grew to become into flat or a cube you will possibly have the flexibility to stroll to an side and fall over it. that form of makes it complicated for planes or saterlites to fly in one course in a rapidly line and to at last finally end up the place they began from. verify this website out because it may desire to help you on your quest for know-how its a normal website and ordinary to comprehend.
