It seems that no matter how innocent a question may be, there is always SOMEONE that can turn it in some way to have a dirty meaning...is this a special talent?

Yes, I can. I don't think it's a special talent. It's more like using your imagination. When some can tap into YOUR imagination, that is worth something, and that's why we love it.

one of my best friends can do that.. it's so amazing.. but sometimes i'll ask a serious question and she''ll look at me for a second and then start smiling/cracking up because she just realized how to turn it into something sexual
