He should get a medal for stupidity. He not only created a huge debt of 9 trillion dollars, but the mess in Iraq, and making threats against Iran. The man should get a medal around his neck as "The worst President of U.S. history."

Yes we should rename the Washington monument the Bush debt memorial. It looks like someone giving the finger to America. As far as the lame excuse that congress did it...they were republicans remember.. so perhaps we could print all the people that voted for those a**holes on a memorial at the base of the Bush debt memorial since they were his base, his support plus you could design it to look like the other folded down fingers.

Yes it is congress who makes the laws but guess what it the president who signs them in to law. The Bush record for veto's of spending bills when the Republicans controlled congress ZERO! Billions for war in Iraq and pet projects for GOP congressmen like the "bridge to to know where."

Yes, the Iraq memorial for the war dead and debt memorial can be built on the same ground as the Bush library.

It's totally okay to blame congress for this fiasco, as along we remember that for the first six years the republican-led congress provided zero oversight and rubber stamped everything King George wanted to do.

Go back to US History 101. Presidents don't create debt, Congress does. Presidents don't enact legislation, they sign bills into law.
