No, and I'm very grateful it hasn't turned out the way I would have wanted it. I would have missed a lot of wonderful events if I had chosen to take other paths in life. No matter what choices or paths we may follow in life there is always a hardship of some type to endure & happy moments that are not for sale.

Currently I am somewhat satisfied with how my life turned out, but it isn't the way I planned and I'm learning stuff on TV documentary channels that I wish I knew 20 yrs ago to possibly improve the life of my kid. It is too late but there is so much I would change if I could. It only gets harder and harder for the younger generation that is born into the lower and middle-class lifestyle.

The great thing about life is you have no idea how to expect your life to turn out, and the only one who does know is God. Live your life like every day is your last.

No. I was sure I would die before I was 36, and was given a terminal diagnosis of malignant melanoma when I was 21. I've now had a second primary cancer (also malignant melanoma) and have survived that for 18 years ... I'm 57, married to the BEST man in the world, and have a life I truly love. So, no, life hasn't turned out the way I expected it to ... it's MUCH, MUCH BETTER. Thanks for asking!

Not at all, it's done a complete 360 turn. Everything I once so strongly believed in I'm now dwindling on. What I believed would be the last profession I'd involve my self in, is now the career I'm building at a swift pace even in my youth. I found love even when for so long I had my "all men are dogs" quote stuck to my lips. I swore to not settle for years to come and now I'm just crazy about my man. Nothing at all has remained even remotely the same.

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. Overall though, strangely enough in the end no matter what happens yes, because sometimes whatever I have expected to happen has happend although not how I wanted it to.
Ironic isn't it?
