Oh! The mind and the body are indeed related.
Please see, when we get some very bad news, the mind instantly triggers a chemical change right upto our stomach, and despite intense hunger, we simply cannot eat even a morsel of food, and if somebody forces it down our throat, we might vomit.
We have to now consciously 'cultivate' the thought process such that it keeps the body chemistry 'positive' at all times, and creates that 'feel good factor', and makes us feel attractive.
It is our own body chemistry that matters more than the features, looks etc, that makes us attractive. That is why many film actors do not seem to attract a large fan-following despite being gifted with good-looking features, where as some 'ordinary-looking' actors have that tremendous mass-appeal!

Its just the moods you have on days, attractiveness has more to do with confidence than anything else. SO you have in the other way around. People tend to be more attractive when they feel it first.

well it also depends on your temperament. If you are melacholic you tend to have mood swings which will vary according to what people say and what you think about yourself. Well you have to learn not to listen to how u feel at times.Form a logical conclusion in ur mind :either you are pretty, or not so pretty but outward beauty does not matter that much for a fact but what's inside.

It's called vanity, that's why it's a sin, it robs you of your happiness. You are the only one that judges yourself so harshly, the rest of the world sees you as attractive all the time. Real beauty comes from your heart.
