yip, run 3shows, wwe replacing raw, wcw replacing smackdown, and ecw remaing how it is. in that way, the world heavyweight title will be given a proper name 'wcw heavyweight title'.

No. WcW was a place full of legends and the only thing WWE can offer such a great name like WCW in a bunch of mid-carders and lame *** no talent idiots. It would be the nmae World Championship Wretling to shame
Plus- Vince is already having trouble making storylines for three bands imagine what would happen if he had 4.

They shouldnt bring it back, i loved WCW and what it used to be. If it was brought back it wouldnt be no where near the same, what made WCW great was competing with WWE (WWF at the time). If they brought it back they would just make it abother brand and send mid carder there or the young talent to develop them. Wouldnt be a a good idea.

Nope WCW ran itself into the ground & only got itself rescued by Vince buying out Ted Turner back in 2001.The best advert on how Not to run a wrestling company basically.

No, ratings are low at the moment, meaning they can't think of ideas for the product they have out now. Adding WCW would not help out at all, it would just be another lame product by the uncreative minds of the WWE creative teams.

Vinnie bought that company for the collection of tapes in the vast archive (obviously for future WWE-branded releases). He had no intention of keeping that name in operation & certainly wouldn't consider it now...he is trying to cut talent due to slow business, not sign more to another brand.
