Horror stories inspire me.My favourite books are Goosebumps.
TIPS TO WRITING
-If you wanna write a story, you have to read a lot of those kids of stories first (Like horror, comedy, romance, detective etc.)
-You have to know a lot about where the setting takes place
I'm only 11, but I'M WRITING STORIES.I will become a published author in 10 years,atleast I hope I do.

ok, here's what I did to start me off for my book (which is fantasy) First of all, simply think of a topic, any topic you'd be interested on writing about. Ex - for me, I love winter so I decided it would be cool to create a world of snow. From there, once you have your topic, start planning out your characters and their personalities. It's always fun doing that. Than for the plot, well start off simple and usually from there if you've got a big imagination, the rest will just flow and your imagination will do the rest. Try and write about something YOU yourself will become interested in, that's what happened to me, I started writing about something and now I'm probably going to write 7 books. Just have fun with, don't worry about what others will say, just try and please yourself now and you could get a friend or family member to read your work over and see what their opinions on the story are. I'm inspired because I want to share my ideas with people and I just love expanding on a world that I created, it's fun because you are the author and you decide what happens. Have fun and good luck ;)

On the theme YOU'VE chosen, set up a world where you are not allowed to write. Where it is punishable. And your attempts to get around it.
Another variation: a world where writers are indentified by their first novel or short story and the government puts them in colonies and gives them everything (including a very active social life with other writers). Could you escape the trap?
Or you could just go wandering through fictional streets looking for a plot and never seeing it.

What is it that interests and inspires YOU in life? What is important and inspirational to you? Not just in writing, but in life. For instance, personally, I am fascinated by the interplay between the imaginary and the real, the subjective and objective. Conflict between these two kinds of things fascinates me more than good vs. evil. I am fascinated in magic, the supernatural, and our universal urge for altered states of consciousness (music, dance, alcohol, intense emotions etc.) Come up with a list like this for yourself.
Second, I find that every really good story has an arc of transformation. Change and transformation seems to be the basis of every good story. The character/s begin in a certain state of being, and by the end of the story, through the journey taken and having progressed through a whole series of states of being, finally, he/she/they ends up in a very different state of being than at the beginning. Plot out a map in your mind of how your character/s begin as (an) individual/s and the destined state of being and everything in between.

Try some short story prompts. Go to Yahoo Images and search "black and white photos". When you find one that inspires, write a story about it. Write several. I have a large collection of photos I give to students as prompts. If you would like one, let me know. This helps loosen up that stuff between your ears and get you thinking.

Try these:
What pet peeve pushes your buttons?
What subjects interest you?
Why not check out the online "weird news" sites plus the Yahoo questions and answers in several categories for the demographic you're trying to reach? You're bound to come up with several ideas, then blend them together and, walla, there's your basic story.
Good luck.

Why do you want to write "so bad" ? Usually people have a story to tell, and then feel the need to write it.
You seem to be doing it the other way around.
