I had a yeast infection and I went to the doctor and got treated..but before i got treated...my boyfriend and i had sex..can he catch anything by me having a yeast infection? or what about a bacteria infection..do he needs to treated??

If the yeast infection is occurring right now yes it could pass on to your boyfriend. If the yeast infection has cleared up he should be ok, but if he does have symptoms of a yeast infection he needs to see his doctor to have this treated.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

If he's not circumcised, yes he can have it in the folds of the skin. Guys who are circumcised have less of a chance of catching that.
