worksheet for the plot of my novel????

Question

can you find me a sheet or something that I can print off to help me build the plot for my novel? like keep me organized and give me tips and stuff?

have you ever seen a character sheet that will help build the races (like dwarves + elves and stuff. mythical races as well maybe as ethnicites of different humans?) of your world/universe? Can you find one for me to print off??? pretty please?
