Travel outward from the nominal surface of the Earth! The farther away you are the slower time is perceived by you and the faster it appears to progress on Earth! At the event horizon of a black hole you will see time progress to the end of time! But for you it seems to stop! To slow time just approach your next level and watch how slow it appears!

The faster you travel, the slower the time outside goes. So if you were to go near light speed, everything else would age except you.

Read some books on relativity. Do tensor calculus and get an honours degree in physics. You'll be old in no time!
But along the way you'll learn about time dilation and various other effects that you can amaze all your friends with, and perhaps if you are very good, you can do lecture tours and earn lots of money too!

Albert Einstein said something about the Theory of Relativity to this effect: The one minute that you are sitting on a stove feels like one hour. The one hour a pretty girl is sitting in your lap feels like one minute. Go have some fun!
Happy Holidays to you! :)

Relative time compresion. Start doing three things that will not be complete in the time you want to speed up. Exmp.
1) Wash the house windows
2) bake bread
3) Clean your room
Time will fly by....

ff one is traveling with a bicycle time to reach the destination appears to be very slow especially if one has to stop for traffic lights.
However if one travels at the speed of a car time would be shorter.
And of couse if you travelled at the speed of a vehicle that moves at the spped of light, time would appear to move much faster ,as a matter of fact it would take you barely any time at all to your destination.
So when you travell at the speed of light Time shrinks very quicly becomes very small. If we all could travel at the speed of light we would not have to worry about dilating time.
