Yes, but they have such a strong union that it is next to impossible to get fired. You may get time off, but thats it. Took a friend of mine over two years to actually get fired for many bouts with alcohol while working.

If part of the decision making process when seeking employment includes weeding out those that test for drugs, you probably have a problem and should seek professional help.
