Put on makeup(eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss). Put on some really good smelling perfume(maybe that smells like flowers). Accesorize with a bunch of jewlery(long necklaces, a bunch of rings on one hand, etc.)

Happy colors - like pastels and neon's - incorporate pieces in your wardrobe and little accents like post-its and high lighters. A fresh fragrance that has light notes like floral and vanilla so the scent is fresh and light more to remind a person of spring and summer than musky like "older fragrances". Have silly whatnot's like a high heel soap dispenser in the bath or butterfly clings on the mirror. Surround yourself with beauty and things that make you smile there is noting more feminine that a bright attitude and smile. Be well read on current events and if you are in school be studious (smart is sexy) and most of all be comfortable in your own skin. confidence, joy and intelligence these are the best qualities of the most feminine of women. I have days where I'm girlier than others. Spend some time pampering yourself. Experiment with your hair in different styles. Wear earrings and lip gloss or lipstick.
Spend some time in the mirror. Admire yourself. You are beautiful. You are strong. You are woman! :) Keep up your self esteem and don't let anyone take it from you.

u should make sure u have eyeliner, mascara and etc on. have jewelry that match ur outfit and sometimes wear high heals.

Start wearing sext lingerie to sleep in. Tyra banks said that it makes you feel good if you wear cute, sext things to bed.
