This question is worded strangely but I'll explain my reasoning...

Warm-blooded - no, this is common to all mammals.

Blubber layer - yes. Most mammals have fat and although they are very similar, they are slightly different.

Streamlined bodies - yes. Some animals like the cheetah have streamlined bodies but overall it is not a very common characteristic of mammals.

Breathe air - no, obviously common amongst mammals

Bear live young - no. This is extremely common in mammals. I think the only two species that don't are the echidna and the platypus, both of which lay eggs.

Nurse young with milk - no. This is one of the biggest defining characteristics of all mammals. Even the name mammal comes from the latin word for breast (and think mammary gland).

Stay underwater longer - yes. They can stay underwater much longer than most mammals. Hence why they are "marine" mammals.

Store extra oxygen in muscles - no. All mammals have myoglobin in their muscles that stores and transports oxygen. It's a characteristic of muscle tissue in general.

In short: blubber layer, streamlined bodies, and stay underwater longer. The other characteristics are common among all mammals, not just marine mammals.
