I would surely buy food to a local orphanage, due to the fact that in my town there are some serious low weight in chidren problems...
Love....

I think I would think about the charties that I wanted to give to and then divide the money between them.
I have a love for pets, so one would be the Humane Society/Cruelity to Animals
St. Jude's is another one that accept all patients and never turns anyone away.
I have others but these two are my first picks. I would have to make sure the full amount of the money goes to the needy.

Id donate it all to a humane society. And give them some of my old towels while I was at it. If I were a dog there, Id rather have a donated towel then a plain hard floor. Actually I think I will give them my old towels anyway. I also got some old blankets.
Thanks for the idea!!!!

If I had a million dollars - I had already discussed this with my husband. I could stop working to attend medical school. If I didn't have to work, and if I had help with the kids, I would have enough time to study in order to pass medical school. after I became a doctor, I would make sure I donate as much every year to good, solid charities - I like the ones that help sick children the most - such as the ronald mcdonald house, children's hospitals, etc.

To be honest, I would honestly ... with hand on heart right now.... send it to a poor country where there is not much water supply, there it could be used for piping so a village or city or small town can live their life thirst free

I would support the local Library by buying books, and donating money to support ''family time'' activites that promote family togetherness and childrens learning.

the soup kitchen/ mission close in our area has been to low on donations to help the homeless so I would donate the money to them, but only after calling local restaurants and grocery stores and telling them my company is donating the money and what would they do to help. Companies tend to help more once somebody has already done something.
