Get a working computer, put the original CD in a CD drive, copy the files in the CD drive (if legally possible), then take out the original CD, put in a blank CD, and put the copied files onto the blank. The rest varies depending on the OS you use. I use Windows XP. In Windows XP, go the the menu on the left, and choose the option to write the files to the CD. A program will activate, and on the program, just select what applies (often the "Next" button) whenever asked, and it will begin the CD burning process.

If you are just putting "data" on them, and you have a CD burner, you can drag and drop files on to the CD, click "burn" in the File menu, and you are done.
If it is music, use the "burn" option in Windows Media Player. It will correctly format the music to work with either a computer CD and a standard CD player.

You can do it on your computer on windows media player. Put all the songs from a cd into a folder on your computer. Eject that disc and put in a blank disc. Then on the left menu of the folder and clock on "Copy files to cd". it will do it for you. easy and costs nothing.
