Free on Board aks Freight Collect. Means the cargo went on the ship without transportation charges being paid in advance. The party receiving the merchandise at the other port gets to pay shipping fees.

In transportation and shipping terms, it stands for "Freight on Board" meaning shipper pays for shipping to destination port or station and then onto a truck so it can get shipped to you.
