No it isn't Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
because the scene is before the Yule Ball because
Harry and Ron are talking about asking people
to go to the dance and Snape doesn't want them talking
so the answer would be Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

It is Harry Potter and Philosopher's Stone.
It is after the troll's attack, when Harry sees that Snape is limping because Fluffy bite him and wants to share that with Ron.
I see no one else said that it is from no1, but I am almost 100% sure about it.
EDIT:
Asked my sis this morning and she knows that it is from Goblet of Fire.
Duh!
