Hi Jp,
What a great daughter you are. It's so cool to hear of a daughter that Loves her folks.
The brand of polish that I use is called "CONCOURS Quick Shine". Try calling this number (from an old bottle) 310-433-2121. That number is from Long Beach, CA

What I use for things like that is denture cleaner. It won't scar or wear the silver or gold.
Go to store and get a box of denture cleaner the put cup in real warm water Depending on how large a bowl you are using depends on how many tables you will need to get the job done.
I always use at least six minimum.

Hope that helps.

you can clean silver (gold does not tarnish) by putting a little bit of vinegar on salt. Do not melt the salt. rub very gently to remove tarnish. rinse and dry. If you think this is too harsh, try dish soap and water. Some silver experts recommend this.

The best way to clean it is go to the auto store and get a product called never-dull, if you cant find it, get some toothpaste and mix with water and baking soda until it's almost runny and use a toothbrush to clean, then rinse off
