What was your experience like the last time you were in a hospital? Detailed answers are appreciated. Thank you.

The last time I was a patient? 18 years ago I had my gallbladder out. That was no fun at all! It was right before they came out with the "band-aid surgery," so I was gutted like a fish! 43 staples! Looked like I had a zipper on my belly. The staff was incompetent in my opinion, I had complications that went on for 5 months. I really, really wanted my mom, but she had already been gone nearly 3 years.
The last time I stepped foot in a hospital was last summer. My daughter just had to have some tests. Turned out to be nothing serious, so no big deal.
Before that, nearly 3 years ago, I was practically living up there for weeks while my husband was sick. Same incompetent hospital that tried to kill me succeeded with him! I wanted to move him to someplace that would do more than just wait for him to die, but they said he'd never survive the trip. I think they just wanted to get as much of our money as they could. He was the strongest man I've ever known, with the possible exception of my dad.
Anyway, those are my hospital "horror" stories.

a micro discectomy L5, 4weeks ago. Good doctor, no nonsense. The first 5 days was hell, But now I'm fine.

lol. you said that last time. last time i was in the hospital it was hell, but it was worth it because i feel much better

it was horrible!
the last time i was in a hospital i was there for surgery because i had appendicitis(or however u spell that)

it was fr supposedly attempted suicide and i was a little upset because they tohught i had tried to OD on lithium but it was lithium toxicity instead.
