I was never in this situation, but as a parent, I can say I would want straight out honesty as soon as possible. For one thing, it shows maturity on your part that you are able to stand up and take responsibility for your actions rather than try to hide them, and for another, you need medical care and I wouldn't want your unborn child to suffer his or her whole life for not getting it. As far as my reaction, I would be pretty disappointed, but only because I want my children to have a full life, and to have a family with the person they want to marry, not because of some teenage fling, also I would feel disappointed that you didn't protect yourself better.

Well I was 20 when I got pregnate and it was chrismas so on the present I put to Grandma and grandpa. They were happy about it. My sister was 16 when she had her son. My parents were not mad but wished she would have waited. She is now 18 and pregnate with her 2nd. She finished school early and every thing. She is a great mom so they cant really be mad at her. Just tell them don't hide it. It's better to tell them now then to wait. good luck!

I've never had a child but I'd say that the first answer is VERY rude.
I'd just sit them down and tell them calmly.
