Because Kucinich is a socialist, whereas Ron Paul is a libertarian.

Big difference between the state telling you how to live your life and you telling you how to live your life. Most Americans believe (or should believe) that they are the better arbiters of their own fates than Washington is.

Absolutely America is more right leaning. Why do you think all Democratic presidential nominees have to pretend to be conservative? Dennis Kucinitch is a kook. He visited Syria, a known terror sponsor, and bad-mouthed the US, our President and, at a time of war, did not visit the troops in Iraq even though he was in the neighborhood. The Democrats are going to pay a heavy price for the treason in 2008.

What? Because he is not Ron Paul that's why. Dumb question. Kucinich looks like a little Alien. Although I suppose I must concede that if it were ever possible then I would like it for Ron to have Denny boy as his subordinate, Ron Pres, Den Vice. There are no other 2 candidates that I could possibly stomach taking the jobs next. Different strokes but could work if allowed.

Because Dennis Kucinitch and Ron Paul are polar opposites. He isn't even popular with most of the left.

Well, the Democrats have had alot of influence & control in recent times (along with the neo-cons, whos policies are not-dissimilar to the Dems), and the people want a real change, and it's been a relatively long stretch since we've had a TRUE Republican president, let alone one who values personal liberties so highly! Also I just think Ron Paul is spot on with almost everything.

Yes, because Ron Paul is a Good American.
I don't support him.

Dennis Kucinich is a weirdo freak who is a Rabid Communist.
He is a fun guy, as long as he don't have any power.
With power, he is another Kim Jong, Stalin, or Mao.
(Many, maybe most, Democrats consider that a virtue.)

Kucinich has a problem with the right to bear arms which as you know is a part of the constitution.. Ron supports the right to bears arms.

Thats just one reason...

ok i went into this conspiracy theory book store (Brave New World Books, Austin TX)... they had this big vote for Ron Paul deal. he is very popular with the Republic of Texas, Income Tax is a hoax, illuminati crowd.

whereas the far left tends to think, well Sartre said it best that elections are a trap for fools. so they may think he's nice and all but know no way he is going to get elected. so they tend not to waste energy on that sort of thing.

Beacause Ron Paul gave more money towards his capaign and Dennis hasn't its that simple and Ron treavels around more often and meets more people. He also made more supporters through campaining around.

Because Americans would rather be in debt the rest of their lives paying for their hospital bill rather than have their fruits picked by an illegal or have a Muslim move next door.
