I fold my own because it is soft & strong, but scrunch public loo roll because it is cheap & nasty and you have to use loads. It would take ages to fold it all.

I fold and crease it. Even toilet paper, I still like it to be neat and clean looking, at lest for a little bit. lol =)

squash the entire roll...
then fold the flattened toilet paper in half...
inside there will be a "V"
reach inside and carefully pull out the roll...
'
That's how you take out the roll without using all the toilet paper!

Fold. Thickens it so your fingers don't get covered in poo and wee, and you can aim it better than if it is scrunched. Bet you get gaps when you scrunch, eh?

Fold, and I believe-
42% fold, 33% crumple, 8% do both fold and crumple, 6% wrap it around their hands.
60% look at the paper after they wipe. (Eww...)
