I don't know why you got a violation for that. I am not conservative and don't know what p155 them off is but I don't like it when they spill all their hate and rhetoric around the place...so I have to safely say nothing is wrong with your question. I guess one of them got mad and reported you. Exactly how do you know if you get a violation?
Sorry to answer a question with a question but how do they notify you?

Well people could take that as a question on "how to harass people who have different view points", pretty ignorant in a way, but i definitely feel like it shouldn't have been reported even though I am conservative, it's America...people have to get over their feelings

That's just the way YaHELL operates. Someone reports you, it may be valid reason but most likely it's not, then Yahoo will rubberstamp their actions and violate you.
If you try to appeal or even ask what you did wrong, what "precious" rule you violated, they ignore you.
