yeah it is!! Do you know I worked in a hospital in Texas that had music going in the intensive care room for the pediatric patients. A study showed that the babies thrived better with soft music playing than the babies did that didn't have any music playing. Very interesting huh? I know when I am sad or down, I can turn on some up beat music and it will help my mood improve almost immediately.
