In the early months of your senior year of high school is typically when people begin applying for college. Most schools set deadlines for the end of the calendar year or earlier the following year to apply. When I applied for college several years ago, I did it in early October of my senior year. Also, if you have to deal with scholarship applications and deadlines, make sure you get those in on time-sometimes they need to be due the same time deadlines close for school applications. In any event, you have a year or two before you seriously have to worry about that process, but, good luck when you do!

You should start filling out applications as soon as you can like in September or October of your senior year. Also you should apply early decision to the college that you want to be in the most. But ONLY apply early decision to that college.

Fall of your Senior year. Try to get everything done by the end of October.
